User @RebellionSparkles from where are you getting all this information? All I can find on Twitter is that Rosengart asked for privacy to disclose info regarding the depo. But we don’t know for a fact what and you are talking very  specific scenarios

don’t be fooled by the headlines. Even tho no decisions were made today, there was a MAJOR power shift in favor of Britney and RosenGOD.

IMO, the shift of power happened once Tri Star’s attorneys were caught off guard by RosenGOD saying Jamie revealed something in depo that implicates Tri Star. Tri Star’s attorney went from smug, to desperate and fumbling (IMO)…allegedly Jamie revealed damning info about Tri Star in his deposition.

Hon Penny will make a decision (soon) about what happened in court today. She said she would have her clerk review and she will make a decision.

the next court hearing is October 26…but it’s a nothing burger about Lynne’s fees and maybe some other nonsense.

The more significant next hearing is December 7.

For years, Jamie, Lou and team got EVERYTHING they asked for. Nothing was ever objected to, so it was all approved by the court and the conservatorship chugged along.

Once Rosengart came on, Judge Penny was very cautious and delayed alot. After today, it seems that Rosengart will get alot of what he wants. I think Judge Penny will approve Rosengart's request, to save face at least.

@RebellionSparkles: How has Judge Penny been reacting? If it was me, I'd be pissed that the court has been made a circus/mockery.

The judge didn't allow Rosengart to clear the courtroom? Or the lawyers didn't want to? Was he able to reveal it to the judge?
