Britney's August 24th court hearing: Rosengart wants to disclose something to the judge in private that Jamie Spears said during his deposition

In court today, Mat Rosengart told Judge Penny he needed to disclose something in private that Jamie Spears revealed in his deposition, and asked for more time to argue Tri Star’s deposition.

So basically they want judge to rule and sit for depo but ONLY about 12 accounting where MR wants to open it to 2010+ is what I’m getting from this?

Don’t let the headlines fool you. There was a major shift of power that happened in court today in favor of Britney/RosenGOD.

nothing was decided, but tri Star attorney went from smug to completely caught off guard. Tri Star’s attorneys made a major mistake IMO. RosenGOD is going for the home run of getting Tri Star, Jamie, all of them JAILED. This is going to become an white collar crime investigation IMO.

Tri Star’s lawyers were FLUSTERED. Rosengart asked to clear the court to disclose the info from Jamie and Tri Star’s lawyers were desperately trying to prevent that from happening.

Tri Star’s lawyers KNOW Jamie have info he wasn’t “supposed” to give. After all, tri star is allegedly paying for Jamie’s attorney fees right now. They needed to own Jamie…but Jamie being the wonderfully unsophisticated bumpkin he is, clearly gave info that’s damning to Tri Star (allegedly)

Jamies depo is sealed (unfortunately)…the biggest highlight by far was the major power shift that happened.

The next event to look out for is info from Judge Penny’s clerk. She will decide if she will affirm her tentative decision or reconsider.

Hon Penny’s tentative decision would be extremely favorable to Tri Star. We DO NOT want her to affirm that decision. But RosenGOD showed Penny today that the tentative decision she made was based on bold faces lies (IMHO). So the fact that the tentative decision was NOT affirmed is HUGE. And Tri Star’s attorney’s are scared. If I were then I would drop tri star as a client. Now everyone knows that RosenGOD is going for the homerun. And that should TERRIFY Tri Star and Jamie (allegedly) (IMHO)

Tri Star will def have to sit for depo…no question about that. The question of whether tri star has a fiduciary duty to Britney will determine if RosenGOD can get discovery for info for the entire CON (starting 2008).

Allegedly, Tri Star used an accounting change that Goetz approved in 2010 to hide financial transactions from the Court. THAT is what would lead to a white collar crime/embezzlement/etc etc investigation that would land the bad guys in jail (IMHO)

Jamie answered questions in a deposition that allegedly implicates wrongdoing from tri star. UNFORTUNATELY for the public, that deposition is SEALED…so we will not have access to the transcript of Jamie’s depo
