"Time Stopped and This Happened," he captioned the post, tagging Brittany and adding the hashtags #Sunshin and #SonRISE, seemingly suggesting they're expecting a baby boy.

The two have been spotted together lately and she was seemingly hiding her baby bump, via TMZ.

The two already have two kids: a daughter, Powerful, 1, and a son, Golden, 5. 

Abby De La Rosa is currently expecting his ninth child, and due in October.

Nick is also dad to 11-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan with ex-wife Mariah Carey. He welcomed his eighth child, Legendary, with Bre Tiesi this summer.
