She has schizophrenia and sometimes medications stop working and have to be changed up. Psychotic episodes come and go when someone has this disease. You can be stable for years and then fall into one again. It's truly amazing that she recognized what was happening and called for help. Many people with schizophrenia have what is called "anosognosia" or a lack of insight into their illness. I think it's a really good sign that she knew something was wrong. -
Timbaland and maybe even JT (what was he famous for apart from "Can't Stop..."?), Stuart Price, Mirwais, Wiliam Orbit, Martin Solveig, M.I.A... I guess mostly the producers she worked with. I'm sure there are more. And Britney had one of her roughest time right after her VMA performance and literal kiss with her. And when did Madonna work with Taylor? -
Yep, I agree with PablitoXS It's a song about $ex and its aftermath. I might add that the lyrics have a religious undertone, with those biblical references. Maybe it's about how she feels after losing her virtue with the wrong guy or for the wrong reasons. -
