Watched the whole documentary, she basically dragged toei by that graph sheet and saying they hit gold with the power rangers, they were gonna exploit a whole culture cod of 💰, only reason why the power rangers worked was cos of that cast, nobody cared after Turbo, cos once Tommy left everybody left, they were already being dragged cos of Justin, a kid being a power ranger, only reason why that got them into trouble was someone their age was living the dream that they always WANTED to do.

 

Blake foster has basically said in 1997 he had to deal with bullying and other stuff. Turbo was expected to do a second season but rebranding it into in space was due to Blake parents was getting called by the school cos of the constant bullying and harassment, led to Turbo being quickly rebranded and only using the adult cast..

I loved Sailor Moon when I was a kid - the American version looks iconic to me
