Well in britney's world the leaks are always the final cut. 

I don't think it was planned, if they changed the date of released someone could just leak the song.

They should give us a snippet if they want to raise the buzz

Since Ooh La La, actually. I remember people FREAKING OUT about Chipmunkney until we were told "it's not the final version".  I think the same thing even happened with Scream & Shout.

it is because Britney's fandom is the biggest network ever and her fans are literally everywhere... so its extremely likely that a toxic stan like us is part of her team and he saw an opportunity and took it for internet points.
