This is good and hopefully Judge Penny will follow though on the probate notes. Given the accusations of conservatorship abuse (which in my opinion have substance) it was unbelievable they even requested this in the first place. In what universe do you have to pay your (alleged) abusers legal costs.  Money talks and hopefully Jamie Spears will get dropped as a client. He will find it quite hard to bully her through the legal system without legal representation.

Imagine if you were going to sue your parents and then your parents got an attorney to defend themselves, then your parents turn around and say "oh I can't afford an attorney you need to pay my fees" da fu(k is that?

LOL. If this gets approved by Penny, Jamie will be dropped immediately, and Rosengart can swoop in and take him down, as he won’t have a high-priced lawyer (+ legal team) to work hard for him

I imagine the deposition transcript would be lengthy.
