It doesn't even matter if she sells every seat in the theater (she will).  Just having Britney's historic superstar name associated with MGM or whatever casino, is PR money well spent.  Imagine a casino forever being known as the place Marilyn Monroe did a residency in? Living legend deserves 3 mil a show just for the name alone.
