Kay, it's better than particular songs on ARTPOP yet I can also hear why it wasn't officially released. I believe that people would ignore her even more in 2013. ARTPOP itself was too revolutionary for gp in 2013, had she released songs like this, she wouldn't even have career now, I imagine. Anyway, this could work as single on ARTPOP act II or something these days
