I always wondered if maybe project rose is a new album project years in the making of songs she wrote perhaps during the conservatorship and/or maybe the reason her memoir is allegedly finished already is perhaps project rose was her memoir she’d already been writing over the course of 13 years? Possibilities. 
 

Whatever it could be, it’s something she’s been working on for some time. I don’t think she’s just trolling.
