It's clearly about Britney drifting apart from her family/old friends, not Vicky drifting apart from Britney.

Vicky posted it yesterday after everyone was sharing texts, and Fe was posing with cardboard cutouts.

I think she was referring to ´´Felicia & Britney´´, a lot of people tagged her in Felicia's post, along with sam for a reunion. And that story she posted right after she removed her Like from Felicia's post.

I could be wrong, but I don't think it was a coincidence that the two cases were related.

If this is about Britney and any person that once was close to Britney, she needs to shush and stop being so opinionated. Please don't get me wrong, I have nothing against her. I don't think she's a spy or Team Con or whatever crap BAnon has said about her....But I do think she has ZERO experience acting professional and behaving like a personal assistant of an international super star should act and present herself. She needs to save some opinions to herself and disengage from the fanbase.
