Here’s the schedule:  

July 13 - Tri Star motion to quash

July 20 - Lynne’s fees

July 27 - All other fees + Rosengart will let Judge Penny know if he and Britney are ready to proceed to trial (There will also be a rally outside the courthouse)

I thought tristar hearing was pushed back to the 27th hearing

Yeah, it was. And I also thought that there would be no hearing on July 13 at all because of it, but apparently matters about motions to compel Jamie's deposition, production of docs and B's deposition are scheduled for that day.
