Elon Musk terminates his deal to buy Twitter

Elon Musk says his advisers sent a letter to Twitter formally notifying the company that he is terminating the merger agreement. 

Can we agree this is a great way to end the work week?

But legal experts states, he can't walk out on this, the reason why Twitter couldn't meet his demands, is it's against their protocol and they can't legally give out ips, email and phone numbers. 

 

So Elon walked himself into a lawsuit, cos of his refusal to buy Twitter they agreed upon the sale, the shareholders and the board of trustees
