1. I LOVE seeing the house of Lou crumbling down today and everything getting exposed and confirmed!

2. Does this mean blackbox are cooperating?  Who’s Kyle Freeny again? (Free ny, free knee, free Britney :shaking_shake_gold_yellow:)

3. How disgusting, creepy and vile they Britney’s private messages and texts to her kids and boyfriend were read by her own friggen Dad and Devilou!!! Fkn vultures

So you didn’t know about Freeny? all the fans where talking about that Free +net back in 2021. You should read about her experience. you will be blown away

Rosengart's firm has received the following:

  • A narrative summary of Britney's text messages with a number of people, including Britney's children and Edan sent these to Jamie Spears and Robin Greenhill on January 23rd 2020.

Ingham had dipped his toe into the waters to test the reaction only weeks before:

Dec. 23, 2019 - Court-appointed attorney Samuel Ingham emails James Spears' legal team. "Good morning, Geri & Jeryll - Hope you are both enjoying the holiday season. I'm writing to follow up on our previous discussions of the 2020 budget. My client wants to start planning her travel for early next year and we need to know what funds will be available. It would also be very helpful if you could provide a list of all individuals and firms currently being paid by the conservatorship and its entities as percentages. Ideally this would include the name, percentage, fee basis and contract expiration date. Finally, I'm wondering if you have been able to check into alternatives for the production team on the next record album. Thanks and best regards, Sam."

No because they were private to start with. How would you like it if your dad and some creep hacked all your personal communications and then they were made public? Fgs

I think you've misinterpreted the post. @leviathan isn't asking to read them, but asking if they were available within the latest batch of court documents.

They're not and will likely never see the light of day, thankfully.

do you think there was a tip off? or some event that triggered this?

This occurred three days earlier:

Dec. 20, 2019 - Robin Greenhill emails Jamie Spears a spreadsheet showing that Tri Star needs $308,974.51 to meet their new "floor of $500k a year."

Dec. 20, 2019 - Within two hours, Jamie Spears responds to Robin Greenhill's request with the message, "Approved."

Ingham included that email chain in a later filing...But I can't recall off-hand how he first obtained the email chain.

exactly. i'm saying it would be ironic they were included as exhibit.
