He stepped down right after Britney’s testimony and it’s not suspicious. Britney publicly said she wanted nothing to do with him. Hence why he had no choice like Ingham

Pretty sure this was when team Con settled with Sam outside of court, because he had a really strong case. Not sure if she ever spoke to the court, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they threatened her life like they did with Alli Sims
