I wonder, if he perjured himself now (even if the actual punishment is insignificant) how that will affect his future testimony's credibility from a legal standpoint. A lot more charges coming after this one, (hopefully) ..

In any case britney can dodge Jaime request for deposition.

I really hope the audio recordings do exist. Did NYT confirm that they heard them? I can’t see why Jamie’s attorney would advise him to deny this. What a bizarre situation this is.

They say they listened to over 180 hours of footage and it was really disturbing hearing Britney speak with her kids and loved ones

Jamie is not saying the recordings don't exist, he's saying he isn't responsible for them. So he'd then have to prove that someone else was in charge of organizing that without his consent, and it's going to end up very, very messy when team con start stabbing eachother in the back and playing the blame game, and I can't wait.
