Should Pink Sue BlackBear?

Pink's "Try" was released 2012 and Blackbear's "Worst" was released recently.

The melody of the chorus' are almost exactly the same 

What do you think? 

Should Pink sue Blackbear for copyright infringement? 

Or is it just reductive?

Actually Pinks version was a cover, so I guess she can‘t do anything

Try was written and composed by Ben West and Busbee, while production was handled by Greg Kurstin, who also produced her previous single, Blow Me (One Last Kiss).

Try was originally for Kelly Clarkson (who passed), it was then offered to Daughtry (who also passed), Adam Lambert was offered and recorded the track, but passed on it as it wasn't "the right fit"
