So basically La Tormenta and Aguilera are nowhere to be found on the Billboard Charts?? No Billboard 200, not even Top Latin Pop Album or Top Latin Albums? And we thought the 4000 copies with 2000 pure sales of La Fuerza's first week wrere TRAGIC.

Charts are announce on Mondays and published on Tuesdays, at least Billboard charts

Can someone explain... I thought it was going to be a 3-part EP series, but the full album was already released? I don't get it, shouldn't have been after or alongside the third part? And no physical album?

Get a life. Spanish EPs rarely chart. She rush released it on Monday and Tuesday, without any promo, only available digitally. Nobody expected it to chart. And Aguilera is literally two EPs combined, why would it even chart?!
