It does, but depositions don't have to take place in court. In fact, they rarely do. They usually take place in the office of the lawyer who requested the deposition, but if that's not suitable I believe they can be taken anywhere else deemed suitable/agreeable.

I don't really see the court not compelling him to appear. I don't see how they could justify it. But, then, Britney was in a conservatorship for 13 years with no medical capacity declared so f--k knows!

 

I really REALLY hope he asked for sanctions for Jamie trying to evade.

But everybody involved needs have their own deposition. Everybody officially and unofficially involved in the the conservatorship. Including probably many more of the Spears family. Andrew Wallet. Lou Taylor, everybody that worked at Tri-Star, Blackbox security people. Hopefully it has been happening with lots of people, but it just hasn’t been publicized.

Also finally the real numbers are coming through. General media always reporting Jamie got 8 million in fees from the conservatorship, while they didn’t even acknowledge he took WAY more from the tour earnings. 
I hope they strip him from everything he has and will ever have in the rest of his lifetime.
