The song’s cute, has a really laidback summery vibe and Dua’s vocals blend so well with the production. Not sure about Young Thug’s part though.

Dua's gorgeous but she has no personality in her performances lol.... Hope Calvin does some bops again... the breezy / funk dance is getting repetitive (and this is coming from someone who loves classic funk and island vibes lol).

It's a chill song, I expected something more... fun, or something to dance to... it's ok, but nothing catchy...

I knew that they'd never be able to top One Kiss, but damn this is kinda mediocre. It doesn't build up to anything and just sounds mellow like elevator music mixed with a generic slow disco beat.

Still better than Sweetest Flop though.

The bass licks definitely saved the song from being boring and were a smart touch. Otherwise, 'potion' is honestly kind of unimpressive. 

Oh and I'm never really sure if Young Thug  meant to be as funny as I find him to be everytime he's on a track.

Funk Wav Bounces Vol 1 was immaculate. This song…. Doesn’t hold up. Maybe it’ll grow on us? Idk. I’m a little disappointed. Still eagerly awaiting the rest! Maybe this is only the lead single because the Dua feature will get people talking…?
