Recommended Posts

you eat anything you want as long as you just eat a little

check the calories first and decide based on how many calories you wanna eat

when i diet i stay at about 500 a day and once a week ill have a regular meal

that gives the metabolism a boost and doesnt keep me stuck

but really....avoid sodas with sugar at all costs. not worth it

if you want alcohol drink gin and vodka not wine

Thanks for the tips!

download the myfitnesspal app and enter your height and weight

it will determine your tdee and tell you how many calories you need to consume daily to lose weight. log your meals & snacks for the day so you’re held accountable and don’t go over the amount of calories it tells you

you can generally lose weight just by being in a calorie deficit unless there is an underlying problem such as pcos, a thyroid issue, etc

though it is still good for your health to get at the very least a 30 minute walk in when possible

just stay consistent and you will lose weight

It's all about reducing little by little. Reduce your added sugar. Don't cut it out completely though. Treat yourself, but try to replace big sugar cravings with others. No sugary sodas (try Seltzers, no sugar sodas). Have a yogurt instead of ice cream. Have more dark chocolate.

Have healthier snack options. Apples, bananas, clementines, mixed nuts, popcorn. Get veggie chips instead of potato chips.

If you go the salad route, do hearty salads. Put couscous in there, beans, or whatever. If you just do a salad, you'll feel great for two hours and then you'll overeat at your next meal and undo the good work. It's all about finding a balance, not starving yourself.

Losing weight is just about controlling calories intake. Basically, you should eat 300-500 calories lesser than your regular healthy daily intake, and you will lost weight progressively. That can be attained by replacing certain meals by lighter ones, and prioritize vegetables (better fresh than cooked).

Fast. Eat one meal a day. Salad, wild rice and chicken, pea pasta and chicken, then add a green smoothie to that meal and voila!

This might work for someone who’s already not that heavy, but someone with curves will feel like they’re starving and then binge.
In my experience. :nyschool_new_york_miss_tiffany_pollard_preaching_telling_talking_hand:

Only drinking water isnt good for you? Where did you get that from? :idgi_dont_get_it_how_confused_what_hmm_umm_thinking:

Start drinking water. A good amount of only water water and water. Also, go out walking. Walking walking walking. I think that was Rebel Wilson’s secret for loosing weight. If you wanna loose weight, you need to change your lifestyle completely.

1. The meal doesn't matter, it's the calories that matter. If you burn more calories than you take in, you will lose weight. So look for calorie low foods that are high in nutrients, f.e. turkey breast, chicken breast, white fish, vegetables, low calorie fruits like apples and watermelon, etc. Track your calories is the number one thing to do in order to lose weight.

2. You CAN drink water always, unlike what you write it's not "not good' if you drink water all the time. Water will only not be good if you would drink more than 4 gallons a day. Change it up with some tea (not sweetened), black coffee or by adding some lemon or fresh mint to your water.

3. In my experience broccoli is very filling, low in calories, high in nutrients and good with so many foods. They sell it frozen fresh and it's easy to store and quick to cook (or roast)
