I don't think anyone deserves this, she did some horrific comments about people, but still...

There’s more to this story. The conservatorship of only her assets is a red flag. She might owe some company a lot of money, and this is a way to ensure they’re repaid before she drains her accounts dry.

I don't know about the US, but my bank write me a letter in this case (or just charges my card) 

But a conservatorship... idk? 

It seems like you can give everyone in the us a conservatorship without any afford at this point, just own their creditcard. 

They can't fight back.
