Who?

Get a grip. Britney’s team threatened and bullied any and everyone. He didn’t know everything we knew then or especially now. You are thinking of that letter knowing all of the insider information and having followed every possible detail that has surfaced. Before it was “just” a weird, eerie letter with no context. And he sees Britney “faking it till she makes it” so likely assumes things are better / fine. Or any other of an infinite amount of scenarios. 
 

why does the world love to attack and chastise. I can say with near certainty he didn’t want any of this with her.

I don't love to attack 

But he should have the grace to not try and fake concern now.

When something is wrong with a friend and they beg for help... You owe them the respect to acknowledge.. and after she got herself out... NOW ? why ?

Annoying. Stay quiet and go away like you did before ... At least. Don't fake 

EDIT  But , agree to disagree.. he's not worth arguing about. People did what they could (with self interest), have to let it go. That is life i guess, ( and not even my life.)  Peace 😊
