Hey Exhale! I would like to create a second little team of moderators that can oversee a few day-to-day things in Exhale.

Please keep in mind this topic is NOT a discussion about the current moderators team. If the conversation pivots towards that, I will have to ban you from this topic. 😇 

This topic IS a great place to nominate a fellow Exhaler whom you think would be a great contributor / moderator to Exhale. 

Moderator duties includes:

• Fairly moderating members' posts that break our community guidelines
• Locking, hiding or pinning topics when necessary
• Awarding members special badges/points for great posts and content
• Featuring members' topics to the homepage
   

A moderator must...

• Use exceptional judgement before taking action
• Have patience and understanding 
• Be kind but enforce the rules
• Love Exhale

I would love for the community to weigh in.

@Jordan Miller please choose a mod wisely. I would suggest not choosing someone who is actively critical and negligent  to the realities of racism and discrimination against non binary and trans people. This community deserves to be a safe space for people. Hope you had the best birthday!!

@Jordan MillerYou should pick people who are going to make people feel safe on the site, that don’t misgender people on purpose or justify the use of the n word like certain members being nominated or nominating themselves.
 

We don’t want anymore drama on the site and would prefer that a moderator be more neutral and less reactive lol. As I said some great choices who will make this a great safe space are:
