Sometimes I think the HIAM music video was just fun and experimental for the director and less meaningful than fans think.

HIAM is by far the most artistic video of Britney's career. The meteor represents his shocking debut in the industry. The dance and microphone scenes demonstrate how he felt at his peak (overexposed). Later, between televisions, the real Britney is seen, a girl who just wants to get married and be a girlfriend. Finally, when the paint drips, it represents her attempt to boycott her own career and in turn fighting the other Britney is her against her father. Finally neither of the two Britney dies and the show must go on. There are also references to the Illuminati in the eye scenes.
