Britney has officially reached 40M followers on Instagram! I still remember when she only had like 20M not too long ago. Pretty impressive when you compare to the other artists who started in the late 90’s/early 00’s, but still way less than jlo/beyonce/gaga. Here is a list of all girls and how they rank:

I honestly haven't listened to a Beyonce song since Crazy in Love, and I figured that one out.

When/if she drops music I’m sure she’ll gain a ton. Idk how Demi has that many followers. But yeh britney isn’t putting herself out there in the mainstream like the ones above her, she has 40mil based off the fact she’s one of the most iconic ppl ever.

You gotta love how Beyonce has taken her career over though, while she isn't big much outside states from pop songs in a band to political statements she made her brand like an untouchable legend. Jay Z really did wonders with her career not to mention the fact that no matter what she does will always be appraised by American critics like crazy! I really love to see this brand.

A lot of peoples’ followers legit don’t add up.  Like how is Selena G out there with over 300 million followers but her last album hasn’t even sold a million copies?  I know not every follower is gonna buy an album, but of 300 million, I’d think at least a million would buy it within the first week or two of its release 

I legit believe most of these people have around the same number as Britney has and the rest are all fake accounts that they pay for.

This is the TRUTH. Also, videos of Britney dancing, be it low budget and all, has views of 5 - 22 millions. Beyoncé have to hire all photographers, make up, etc just to have 1 million views. Whatever that Britney’s doing, it’s working lol.
