Could this mean something or was it just a fun nod to one of her biggest smash hits? 

They looks absolutely stunning! Sobriety looks good on them.

There are rumors they are releasing a new single in the spring....

She is capable of bops but the buzz cut look has gotta go. This is the same damn thing that Katy Perry tried to do and it flopped, hard. I really hope she changes the look up before her next era.

Cool for the summer received its biggest streaming numbers since its release a couple of days ago. No idea why but I guess that's what she/they's referencing?

Okay, "act-they" REALLY threw me through a loop, but I eventually figured out what it meant  I hope Demi stays on the right path!
