I nominate Justin Beiber.

I can't get past ten seconds of Justin before having to resort to wanting to pull out every single hair on my head. His voice is so whinny, flat and nasally, on top of his dragging technique which is just the cherry on top.

Bruno Mars. He's an amazing artist but my own throat hurts from listening to him, the way he sings CANNOT be healthy, he makes so much effort! Every single second, note, word he enunciates... ugh he tires me.
