This weekend I watched the A Star is Born JV (Judy’s Version 😜) and I was completely blown away 

I felt like A Star is Born SV (Stephanie’s Version) was cute and it had all the right elements, yet something was missing. 

To me, Judy comes across as a genuine person who’s spirit shines in her music (Like Brit) and it just takes the whole experience to another level. She may not have the best range but the E•MO•TION is what makes her amazing. 
 

I think there is this weird thing where Judy represents a modern celeb (someone who you feel like you know through vulnerability and not gimmicks) and Stephanie is more like the old Hollywood celeb where they are fake, go to a press junket and cry about whatever your team tells you to cry about (Joanne/ BTW for example) and then move onto something new when there’s a new cash grab to take place. 
 

I just feel like Stephanie and Judy should have swapped generations. Someone like Stephanie would make more sense in the 50’s, and someone like Judy would make more sense for today.  

I don’t mean to be a hater, but I just find Stephanie to be so fake and such an opportunist that I still have no idea who she is and I have been following her career for 10+ years, so with that said the Judy version is way better because she’s a real person x
