Im gonna post a post full of spoilers without even feeling ashamed about it now. To answer the question:
Without a doubt from Queer as folk UK (The best series you'll probably never see)'s Stuart and Vince. I tried watching the US version but it was just not even close to the same feeling the UK version gives out. Not even close. I mean the UK version was full of one liners and just a feel good series overall. 

Also Stuarts "coming out" to his family is... epic.
