Also, Britney has tons of bops, but this song is as close to unbridled joy as she gets. It’s just so happy - the definition of a feel good song.

This. I was kinda indifferent to it back then but its definitely an under appreciated bop.

And Mood Ring still slays me to this day such a classic Britney sound but fresh. And VOCALS

It's one of my fav songs from Britney. It has that " How I roll" vibes. The lyrics makes no sense but thats the beauty of this song. Definitely a single worthy after Invitation and Man on the Moon off Glory!
