The key word to your answer is evolution.

Sam's more wealthy than you think. From his fitness program only (with a couple thousand of monthly subscribers) he makes hundreds of thousands. It's simple maths.

Also, he's def getting paid by all those sponsors, ads he does and products he promotes on his insta (which have become bigger brands as time goes by). And I'm living his acting gigs aside, although he's involved now into more serious tv shows. 

Just because he worked three works in the past and started from the bottom doesn't mean that he can not turn out successful on his own. He's a hustler.

Show a little respect to him and feel happy for Brit that has found a hard-working and down to earth man that makes her feel happy and confident.

Getting the sense that she's making a point of showing herself online as unbothered by the JL drama regardless of how she may feel privately. Who knows if she'll fall in the trap tomorrow and go into a rant again, but at least she's showing she's enjoying life and there's more to her life than the family drama

He probabaly didn't.

we know for a fact that even something relatively inexpensive such as the Hertz car rental was paid for by Britney, so most likely the rest was also paid for by B.
