For the sake of argument, let's assume he didn't pull this out of his *** and its a leak.

If Britney was so depressed she was suicidal and was a suicide risk, she shouldn't have been working. Forcing her to work while in this state would be detrimental to her and not in her best interest, and would also be proof that the conservatorship was failing Britney, Jamie was only in it for money etc. 

That should not excuse four years of recordings or the recording of others...

plus, she didn't take her own medicine. It was given to her by her security and I think at one point she said a nurse would give her medication too. so if she OD it's on them
