Jamie Spears asks court to unseal Britney's health records

At Wednesday's conservatorship court hearing, Jamie's attorney asked the judge to file a motion to unseal Britney's health records next month, saying that the "public has the right to know" more context. 🙄

Rosengart asked Judge Penny to hold off on the motion until April 15 so he can prepare a response. It's very unlikely he'll agree to that.

Back in 2020, Jamie said unsealing Britney's medical records would be “detrimental” on Britney, as well as her children.

As BritneyLawArmy on Twitter points out, during her testimony last June, Bitney said her team threatened her that “it would be more embarrassing for you if the Judge makes public the evidence we have against you.” That appears to be what Jamie and his attorney are trying to do now.

The next hearing is set for July 27. It will address the legal fees and Britney's claims against Jamie.

Jamie Spears is absolutely the worst person. This is the same bull**** tactic that he pulled for the last 14 years. Britney responds reasonably to an insane request like “make your health records available for everyone to see so that every idiot in the world can armchair diagnose you.” The obvious response is “no.” BUT then Jamie’s lawyers will be like “Britney withdrew her request for admission.”

obviously Rosengart has got this.

But jeeez….all of these people are the worst.
