Britney wants her younger sister to know she does matter, but admits she didn't get the opportunity to break down and cry while she was sent away to the mental health facility.

Britney is being so gracious in the way she is handling this situation, showing support to her sister, even though that support wasn't shown to her. And also highlighting the hypocrisy that has been shown by Jamie Lynn.
