I've been watching all of marvel in timeline order. Where does this fit in? Or does it have nothing to do with the mcu

It IS part of the MCU. It happens sometime after Endgame, so probably around same time as recent MCU shows like Falcon and Winter Soldier.. on one of the TV spots there was a GRC logo - Global Repatriation Council that was a big part of the Falcon series

I really like the way Marvel is making different kind of shows. Wandavision and Loki were great. 

This one seems promising also. I don't know the story of Moon Knight from before, but the first episode was good.
