Getting the license doesn't mean it's official, as if it's something Britney's team (if she has any) would release through her page or something. That just means the author has the license to use her image, and most likely the Britney Spears logo, as opposed to other products that may use her image without a license.

Its not just the logo. There is imagery of her, and who is profiting from her license...

yes, but the imagery is just fanart, they're not images that belong to Britney the brand, or like an official photoshoot or something, it literally has an image of "A touch of Rose" on the box. And I think even photoshoots belong to their corresponding photographers

 

This is not like Britney's management was "hmm, let's release a tarot with crappy images" and found this person and commissioned her to do it. All these things like the calendars, the coloring books, even the Funko's are made by independent parties/companies, and they just pay for the licensing to use Britney's logo and likeness. They could pretty much just release their stuff without paying any license, and take the risk of getting sued or just be known as the bootleg stuff.

Who is profiting off these licenses, whoever has the rights to do so according to whatever deals the conservatorship has done with all the entities Jamie created, which should go back to Britney very soon.

They literally copy pictures and appearances of her. Not even talking about her name or her physical appearance. Its all a copy of existent stuff except their 'cartoonized'. Dont need to be a lawyer here :p
