The song was recently posted by Alex Greggs and it was written by hiim and Kalenna. The song got offered to Britney's team in 2006 (Blackout) but got rejected.

This would’ve been nice for Heidi Montag or Paris Hilton tbh!  a bop for that time but I can’t imagine this on Blackout, although maybe if it had a grungier production it could’ve been a bonus track or something.

it's not fake, Alex Greggs, one of the writers and producer, uploaded the demo on his YouTube channel saying they sent in the demo in 2006. There are tons of fake demos out there, but this one is not one of them.
