Court admits there was never a capacity declaration ever filed in Britney's "voluntary" conservatorship case

Let me think on that a bit.

I've assumed it was "voluntary" right from the very beginning...As it was happening. Literally. As it was happening.

It was the only thing that made sense, in the context of everything Adnan was telling us at JFXOnline at the time, and with the phone call left for Eardley in January 2009.

They had nothing on her at the time to hold her in it. Nothing...Apart from the visitation agreement between Kevin and Jamie.

So when Vivian actually stated on camera in the NY Times doc that it was "voluntary," I just thought to myself, "Yup. Just as I suspected."

As for Ingham...Perhaps he was just covering his ***? He hadn't informed Britney she could terminate, which he should have right from the very beginning.

EDIT: I guess what I'm saying is that Vivian is a lot smarter than Ingham is...She more than likely covered her *** by having Britney state on that court record that she was willingly agreeing to the permanent conservatorship. But Ingham didn't think far enough ahead not to implicate himself.

About KF, he definitely was essential to the whole setup. Even if he might have not known the full extent of what they were doing (which I honestly doubt he did), he played a key role in the beginning and he definitely stood by watching it happen all these years, which maybe it wasn't his place to fight the con but, I mean, it's ethically ****ed up.

Larry I believe was all in on the con, but he was smart enough to stay in the background, it's so annoying he's going so unnoticed.

I don't believe Larry was actually considering the Con in February 2007...Although I do believe it was his brainchild to use the kids against her by having Kevin threaten to take them away through the family court.

I believe there's a transcript of his October 2007 deposition in the custody case that backs that up.

However...

I believe Lou M. Taylor and Lynne Spears began plotting the Con in February 2007...I don't think it was fully fleshed out in Lynne's mind, per se, but I do believe Lou was plotting and calling the shots as far back as then.

Hence, Sam Lutfi.

But we'll see how that plays out...It's just a hunch of mine. For now.

YES I agree with your hunch! Including Sam L. The only thing I'm not so sure is maybe Lynne thinking of the conservatorship as soon as february 2007, but it could totally be. 

We'll see what comes to light...or we probably won't

That's the reasoning why Britney never had to prove her capacity for the court to dissolve the conservatorship (something she was adamant about not having to participate in).

Interestingly, the court called it a "voluntary" conservatorship, when in actuality it wasn't. In 2008, Britney's family, including her co-conservator/father Jamie and co-conservator Andrew Wallet, among others, went behind her back and placed her in the conservatorship without her knowledge or consent. Britney's former court-appointed attorney Sam Ingham was complicit. 

Back then, they cited dementia as a means to place her in the conservatorship and Judge Reva Goetz approved it. 

Britney attempted to hire her own legal counsel to stop the conservatorship from happening, but her efforts were thwarted. The court claimed she did not have the capacity to make legal decisions for herself, but again.... THERE WAS NO CAPACITY DECLARATION. 

This was fraudulent since day one and now it's in a court record. In plain black and white.

They blackmailed Britney into agreeing with access to her kids. In her book, Britney talks about it without using the word blackmail.
