1) She's releasing a new song/video or album titled "Seashore."

2) She's releasing something January.

From one side, it would be a good idea to release something new, she’s having huge streaming numbers so a new album would benefit from that and the physical sales. However it feels like she is releasing a lot of albums so it kinda takes a little bit of the hype. I am here for whatever so bring it on, I would love a third album similar to folklore and evermore.
