The truly beautiful thing about how far left the left is really going is they’re pushing reasonable people to vote against them. DemonRats will get thrashed at the midterms..  demoRats think that because people didn’t like tRump that they don’t like the republican policies. Communism is in for a crushing blow.

I thought we left the low IQ, playground insults behind with trump? how embarrassing :weusay_tiffany_cackle_cackling_chuckle_giggle_lol_haha_hehe_laugh:

He was on social media laughing about how he wished he had his gun to shoot people and posing for pics with the proud boys throwing up the white power sign. Went well out of his way to insert himself into the middle of a protest, shoots and kills 2 people and you think he's a hero? People like you are literally the cancer of this country. How far gone do you have to be to be cheering on kids shooting and killing people? This is why America is so looked down upon, conspiracy theorists and racist gun nuts.

He was a teenager trying to act like a tough guy in front of his friends way before this happened. How many posts of your teenage years would make you look like **** in a Trial and out of context? He also didnt say he wanted to shoot people just that he wished he had his gun.

His old lawyer told him to take pictures with them because they are pro 2A and helped raise money for his bail. This was literally 4 hours after he got out of jail and he didnt even know who they were. The prosecution looked through his phone and found no connecions to any tye of groups. An ok sign is not a white powere sign. That was literally something 4chan came up with and spread as a joke and the media picked it up and ran with it.

He tried to help his community by cleaning grafitti, helping with medical aid and putting out fires. He is on camaera doing all of those. Also helping some of the rioters. He was also screaming "friendly friendly" when Rosenbaum chased him after threatening to kill him twice. He tried running away from these people, all they had to do was stop.

Its absolutley baffeling to me how you call people defending his right to protect himself cancer of this country. Are you ok with people destryoing other peoples lives in riots? Are you ok with the type of people Kyle shot?  Its not a coincidence that he shot 3 people and all of them were criminals. Grosskreuz was a felon but nobody cares that he was carrying a gun with an expired license illegally, OH AND HE CROSSED STAT LINES WITH IT. omg.  Rosenbaum was a 5x child rappist and Marc Ruffalo called him by his nickname and tweeted about how sad his death was. Huber was a wife beater and held his family hostage while threatening his brother with a knife. All these people were human garbage and decided to attack a pudgy kid with a gun because they didnt think he would have the guts to defend himself. At least Rosenbaum died doing what he loved, trying to touch an unwilling minor. - TC

Why do you talk about what happened when you clearly didnt watch the trial and dont know much about what heppened?

Why do you think he said he wished he had his gun? Wtf else was he gonna do with it? You also say all this as if Kyle knew any of that before shooting them dead. They could have been anyone for all he knew.

It’s disgusting and baffling to anyone that isn’t American that people are trying to justify a child killing and shooting multiple people. He wouldn’t have to defend himself if he didn’t insert himself into the middle of a protest with a gun! What part of that isn’t computing for you?

Do you not see why the world thinks so little of this country? Do you see that Americans being crazed gun nuts who shoot now and ask questions later is an issue? It’s literally insane to any reasonable person but hey ho, that’s America for you.

I watched enough of the trial to see the judge had made his biased mind up before even walking into the room. Regardless, the bottom line is a kid who thought he was tough KNOWINGLY placed himself into the middle of a dangerous situation armed with a gun with which he shot and killed multiple people. It’s beyond twisted to think any of this is ok, let alone commendable.

you can point a gun at someone and they will stop looting and run away??  Usually pointing a gun at someone or just having it is a deterrent.  Of course he didnt know who they were and what they did, that was a happy coincident. It just speaks to the type of people that were rioting and attacking him. You are judging him for an old text message but bringing up **** rappe from Rosenbaum is irrelevant?

Rittenhouse had just as much right to be there as anyone else. the truly disgusting thing is that the police were told to stand down, rioters were burning the city to the ground and assaulting people and the only thing you are talking about is that he was there and had a gun and how awful that is. A lot of people had guns that night btw and were even open carrying.

He didnt shoot now and question later. He was chased down after his life had been threatened twice, the same guy grabbed his gun after his friend fired a gun. He then got chased by a mob while running to the police and heard them yell "cranium him, get his ***, kill him" then got hit in the head with a rock, kicked in the face and beaten over the head with a skateboard. He didnt provoke anybody, he was just running with a fire extinguisher to put out a fire. He didnt point the gun at anyone, yell at anyone or cause any other type of trouble.  He wasnt put on trial because he was there, he was put on trial to determine if he shot in self defense or not.. And every video, picture and witness said that he did.

The judge let A LOT of things the prosecution did slide even constitutional rights violations, tampering and witholding evidence and admitting things into evidence that were not allowed. At least 8 lawyers and prosecuters on Youtube who watched the trial on a live stream said that it should have been a mistrial and that the prosecutor should lose his lisense. Thats how bad he was. He was also constantly cought lying but since Kyle had bull**** lawyers they never objected to anything. But you are so obsessed with the idea that HE HAS TO BE GUILTY that you blame the judge instead of the lack of evidence.

And once again a person who is villifying him and acting like he is a evil person have absolutley nothing bad to say about the looters, rioters or the violent criminals that he killed.  Its interesting that you seem to think that you have the moral high ground.

I am anti gun, I dont get the gun culture but thats not what this case was about, thats what the public made it. The only relevant questions are:

Did he provoce an attack? No.

Did he have reasons to fear for his life? Yes.

You can dislike who he is and what he did but still acknowledge that he shot in self defense.

Any sane minded person condemns looting and burning buildings to the ground but it’s not the job of a child to take up arms and shoot people dead to defend it. Whichever way you slice it, to anyone other than Americans, this is just insane. The gun culture and the mental gymnastics some of y’all will perform to defend shootings begs belief.

As for me being obsessed with him being guilty, Im just hopeful for people who shoot people dead to be prosecuted. Call it self defense, but he put himself in a dangerous situation, it’s wasn’t his place to defend anyone or anything. Do you think it’s normal for random people including kids to take up arms, become vigilantes and shoot people dead?
Anyway I can’t do this right now, I don’t care enough. Hope he gets everything he deserves, whatever that may be :gagasmile_smirk_lady_pink:

The police were told to stand down and the mayor refused to have the National Guard come it. At some point citizens will want to stop the madness. Kyle was in Police, Firefighter and EMT groups and was working as a lifeguard so obviously he has a sense of "helping" his community. Did you never do anything that could be considered dumb or wreckless when you were his age? He gave his bulletproof vest to his friend because he didnt think he would be needing it. The kid is obviously very naive. Walking down a street, putting out fires and offering medical aid is not vigilanteism. He wasnt going after them or aiming his gun at people who were damaging property. He only aimed his gun at people who attaced him.

The guns are there weather we like it or not. He was allowed to be there, he legally had that gun so he isnt on trial for either of those.

If you smoke and get lung cancer do you deserve treatement? Or is it your fault because you put yourself in that situation? If you go skydiving and your parachute fails is that your fault? What if you drive without wearing a seatbelt and have a car crash? Just because he was there doesnt give people the right to attack him. Do you think the 71 year old man who had his jaw broken by rioters in the days before got what he deserved because he wanted them to not burn down his mattress store?

His friend was asked to be there by the owners, they gave them the keys to the bulding and took pictures with them. They were grateful that people came to help them. Again, if law enforcement does nothing ordinary people will step up eventually. His age, his weapon and his presence are not a reason to attack him and when you are attacked you dont have to hope for the best.

I also hope he gets what he deserves. Millions of dollars from defamation law suits. :lollipop_britney_sucker_dancing_party_2012:

That’s a whole lot of words and going around the houses to say you’re happy that a child took a gun to a protest and shot 3 people and killed 2. It’s messed up no matter how you want to present it. It begs belief that you’re attempting to chalk it up to a silly teenage mistake. You asked me if I ever did anything dumb or reckless at his age? Yes I stole a CD and graffitied my school bathroom wall. I didn’t shoot and ******* kill people, are you crazy?

There’s no way you can explain it to me that doesn’t sound insane. You’re going round in circles to defend it and chalk it up to just an honest accident. A kid took a gun and thought it a good idea to take the law into his own hands, and people are praising him for it.

We should agree to disagree and put it down to cultural differences. I’m from a place where we don’t have guns or weekly school shootings so kids shooting and killing people is a little more abnormal to me.

Im from Germany not the US. But I accept that that's the culture there and has to be taken into account. I agree. It's useless to argue with someone who didn't watch the trial and is obsessed with making a moron who got attacked an evil villain while ignoring the pedop.ile that attacked him. Have a good night/day.

This man intentionally killed people, that is evil, what the eff is wrong with the USA?

You clearly know nothing about the trial at all. There is video footage and a **** ton of pictures of that night and what you said is wrong.

He was cleaning graffiti, putting out fires and offering medical aid all night.

Rosenbaum who had threatened to kill him twice started chasing him when he was alone. Kyle was yelling "friendly friendly" and running away. Rosenbaums friend Ziminski shot a gun shortly before Kyle was cornered and had no where to run. Rosenbaum then screamed "**** you" while lunging forward and grabbing his gun. That's when he was shot.

You can  hear rioters scream "cranium him, get his  ***, kill him" as he is running to the police line. He told them he was going to the police but they still hit him in the head with a brick, skateboard and he got kicked in the face. That's when Huber was shot. Grosskreuz then pulled a gun and pointed it at his head. That's when he was shot.

He wasn't doing anything to provoke them and he only shot people who attacked him. Clear case of self defense.

BTW Rosenbaum an.ally r.aped 5 little boys and had been release from jail that day. Huber and Grosskreuz were kriminals too.

The event was illegal, but he did not join the even, he was there to protect small business from the illegal event and rioters. Because cops announced they wont do anything to protect the community from illegal rioters.

He also did not choose to kill people, he was forced to do that because people attacked him, beat him, chased him, and tried to take a hold of hid gun.

So I would like to know what would you charge him for? Dont talk emotions or left and right, talk about the law.

While Kyle was wrong and stupid, legally he did nothing wrong. The only people that should be charged are his mom and the cops

The police were actually doing a lot to try to stop rioters.

Many people died or have been significantly injured from the police during the civil unrest.

Why is property more important than a human life?

The same people who are “pro-life” are the same people who watch a man get ******** on film and call it justice.

I think we both can agree that the police are useless and should be defunded and dismantled. “Protecting people” should not be built upon for profit prisons. And as we have witnessed cops don’t show up until a crime has already happened.

Nobody got shot for property in this case. So I don't know what you are talking about.

If you make the conscious decision to burn down my life savings and ability to feed my family and the insurance doesn't cover riots then I PERSONALLY don't care if you get shot. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. I also don't feel bad for rapists who get shot. Arsen RUINS lives.

If you attack the police and then get hurt, that's on you too. Show me credible sources with unedited full videos of innocent people who did nothing getting hurt. It's not a lot. It would be nice if it would be 0 bit it will never be perfect because there are humans involved.

I think the police needs more funding because they get terrible training and are understaffed. If your force is overworked and not well trained, that's a recipe for disaster.

Just further proof that the USA is literally a 3rd world country wearing Gucci pants lmfao. This is the definition of a corrupted jurisdiction system, I feel like judges this biased happen only in Venezuela or North Korea. Who the fuc*k releases a ******** back into the society? I wish we could stop calling the USA a 1st world country, I swear, because by all the definitions, they ain't even near to being one anymore.

Property is not more important than a human life, which is why nobody killed another human to protect propety. Kyle killed another human to protect his own life which was threatened. Invading someones property does not give you the right to kill them, but it is a big sign that the person invading your property could potentionally threaten your life and the life of your loved ones. And lets also not downplay how small business being destroyed could lead to a whole family being homeless without any help which leads to poverty and dying without healthcare.

I agree that we should defunt the police as they are overly funded and militarized while sometimes causing more harm than good. Defund the police doesnt mean abolish the police though, I support the police but we need reform and defunding some programs and powers they have. In this specific area and day, the police actually announced they wont do anything.

This is the answer. There’s no emotions in law. Did the prosecutor provide any real evidence to put him away. No. That’s on them.
