Okay but to be fair how is the average person supposed to keep up with who is problematic/not problematic?

I haven't heard a single thing about Jeffrey Star's controversy..I just thought people didn't like him because he's tacky ?

She's just gushing about the products he sent her not endorsing him as a person.

The average person doesn't even know who Jeffrey Star is to be fair :gerlwat_sunglasses_cigarette_looking_what_blink:

Yes, Britney has been out of touch and heavily sheltered so she is unaware of his past, but this is just so not a good look for her or her brand. She is Britney Spears for crying out loud.

She needs a good social media manager. This cheapens her brand, associates with a problematic racist influencer who is irrelevant, and is just not the move. At all.

Well I think Britney is just herself on instagram and like she’s said ‘it’s not about marketing it’s about just being cool’ so don’t think she should be getting a social media manager to stop her posting what she want to.

I think posting like this is very in that style. It’s just her talking to her fans. I’m feeling it.

YES THIS 100% IM SO SCARED AGH. I really hope she doesn’t freak out when or if she sees the comments, cuz she might get all “**** y’all I do what I want” attitude and I would just HAAAAATE to see her get canceled for something stupid, after allllll the hard work we’ve done <\3 

Honestly, I hope she gets a social media manager. Because she seems to treat her Instagram like her diary, and........ I say this as someone who loves her a lot, but I really don’t care about what she ate today or her favorite pair of shows like-; she’ll learn i hope lol, i hope Madonna kinda nudges her to stop posting like it’s her diary, even tho imo Madonna insta isn’t much better but at least her captions aren’t messy lmaoo. Imma just silently pray Britney doesn’t say something stupid
