Who Is Cassie and Why Was She Brought In?

Y'all love saying all these random names Maxi, Cassey, Strawberry and I don't know who the hell these people are!

My main question. Obviously y'all aren't here for Cassey? What exactly did she do wrong and why was she brought in by Team Con? What was the purpose. How about y'all explain this first to people who don't know these nobodies!

Cassie Petrey is co-founder of Crowd Surf, a digital marketing company providing catered and specialized marketing services to a roster of massive stars, everyone from Guns N Roses to Backstreet Boys, Fifth Harmony to Britney Spears. 

Cassie is responsible for running Britney's social media. Britney's fans accused her of running Britney's instagram in such a way that people would think Britney was a nutcase. Britney's Instagram since the #freebritney movement began started to seem suspicious and just plain weird.

As we learned yesterday from a New yorker article it was Cassie and Britney's friend Cade who helped Britney choose lawyer Matthew Rosengart.

I still don't get the purpose of her company? Promoting celebs on social media is one thing but are you saying she controls all their social media. Because I think we all know celebs have access to IG and can post. I am so over the "they don't post that stuff" "they don't do that" celebrities are normal people like you and I only difference they have a fanbase and bigger bank account

I don't know about the other people whose social media Cassie runs. In the case of Britney, who had no rights to decide the smallest aspects of her life ( whether a multi-millionaire can eat sushi, who can take a picture with her, etc.) it would seem odd that she has the right to run and post on her social media without control. Especially since we know how much of her life was under scrutiny. We currently know that Britney does run her social media, this has been confirmed by her lawyer Matthew Rosengart.

I could see the purpose of Cassie should Britney be actively working and promoting but having a social media manager to post a few selfies here and there seems a bit pointless. Britney should have the right to post her on content when she wants and not have to hand it over to some third party. I still don’t see the purpose of her still being onboard

Honestly the biggest plot twist of all of this was finding out that Cassie was actually helping Britney. Never has there been a greater mystery than that damn Instagram account. Was Crowd Surf involved when they did the “me time” and “all is well” posts? Because even if Cassie was not team con in the long run, I would say she still did some questionable ****.
