I know for what kind of people cship is for, but her story is so complicated and dark that probably that was the best option to help her. Not always things that are meant for something are made for. Its life. I believe that she made a lot more bad things during late 2006 and early 2008 that we don't know - and maybe cship (even if not 100% meant for her case) was the best option. 

Because…? I’m still failing to see your argument. How does stripping someone with mental illness of their basic rights help them in any way?

I think that cship was needed in 2008, we don't know what could happen with her later, but surely they convert this into a prison. Cship should end after FF era. Amy Winehouse should be in cship as well and what happend.......?

Anyway. It's over. As it should be. 

And yes - she's sick and she'll be until the rest of her life, but with theraphy and good people around it's nothing dangerous and not a thing to be in cship all the time.

She didn't need a conservatorship. If she did, a capacity declaration would've been made and it would've been involuntary. Not to say she didn't need any help at the time, but there's other ways of doing that like therapy. This has been a money making scheme from the beginning.

And let's not forget why she had a breakdown in the first place, she wasn't allowed to see her kids. This was before the umbrella incident.

The only thing that i would like to say is i feel that cship was needed for her case. You should be grateful that she's alive for problems that she had and one of the reasons is because of cship that forced her to work; it abused her but there's price for everything :wendycry_wiliams_panicked_crying_tears_upset_sad:

It's very inappropriate to speak on behalf of someone's mental health when you are not a mental health practitioner. You must consider all contributing factors ... your saying all the forced ****, lack of social support, isolation, and continued trauma in her toxic work environment couldn't have contributed to some mental health issues? If anything, it is more telling of your own personality disorder.

If somebody is having depression or other mental problems they need to see a therapist - sure! But working and focusing about thing that you have can help you as well. Forcing her to work saved her life - she could focus on things that matters, not on silly stuff. For sure it was a scheme to make money of that, but this force was needed. She wouldn't go back to work just like that and im sure of it. 

Life its not just black and white and telling that her father or mother or sister are monsters are not facts. 

Maybe if she would go bancrupt or **** addict you will be praying for cship.

You know what, you’re right. Forcing her to record an album of material she didn’t choose, giving her 15 minutes in the booth to record the songs, shipping her around the world to perform 90 shows, medicating her against her will - they really had her best interests at heart. Oh, and telling her if she said no they’d take the kids away was just tough love. Thank you team con 😍

You didnt understood the part "life is not just black and white"........... wrote that in your deskop as a wallpaper and think about this sentence. 

The cship was abusive and was way too long - i said it - dont missinterpret my words. But keeping her busy for one or two eras was a good idea to help her - and remember as i said "life is not just black and white" - she got a profit for herself from that "forcing" as well.

Being black or white in life would not resolve anything.

 

Anyway, was she medicated against her will? Yes in 2019 in late cship, but before she was taking all the stuff that she needed - so as i said (3rd time for stupid people) its not black and white. They did a big mistake and that was wrong - but it DOESNT MATTER that ENTIRE cship was bad.
