Well, Jamie Lynn told Britney to get a new lawyer, so this is all down to her and I'm sure she'll take the credit. 

Let's just gloss over the fact that Britney tried at least twice to hire a new lawyer and was denied that basic human right. Let's also just gloss over the fact that EVERY telephone call or interaction she made was monitored and therefor her her "team" were always one step ahead. 

But, yeah, ya know, Britney took Jamie Lynn's advice and hired a new lawyer.
