They're going to try to claim that legally, Jamie was the client since Britney didn't have signing authority.

It would still carry no weight and possibly blow up in their faces still, as any business deal would have been made with him acting as conservator. If they try and claim it was made with Jamie, the individual, then Rosengart can start really hammering in on mishandling of the estate as Jamie was making deals with Britney's money at a personal level.

It's going to get really messy when Rosengart starts digging into all of the LLC's that Jamie created after the the conservatorship was put in place.

Atara Tours was responsible for delivering Britney onto the Vegas stage.

They removed Jamie Spears as the President of Atara Tours after Britney pulled out of Domination, while she was still in the mental health facility...and replaced him with "Britney Spears."

It appears to be the only LLC where the name swap took place.

Exactly! There's literally no way out of anything they've done! How could Britney have agreed if she was in a facility against her will. How could she have capacity to be president of a company and in a conservstorship?

 

All Rosengart has to do is raise an eyebrow at the Judge, and Team Con crumble.

I wonder if Rosengart could counter the Motion to Quash with a Motion to Compel them to comply. The legal heads will have to answer this, I'm not sure the local rules there.

And if Rosengart can/does file a Motion to Compel, I hope he asks for attorney fees and sanctions on that *** for generating this irksome delay and foolery.
