I'm not sure about the whole look, purple seems like an odd choice, and those fishnets make it all super tacky.

I feel like when people expect celebrities to be the most fashionable, they freak out and go the exact opposite route. I mean, relax and have fun, but don't be stupid either...

It's lady gaga, she had competition with Salma Hayek, who upstaged Angelina Jolie at the premiere of the eternals. 

 

We all know damn well, Lady gaga refuses to lose in fashion battles to another female. 

 

Even if it's a red carpet premiere, she's at that point where everything is a competition to remain at number one.
