Yes, Lou probably perjured herself. 

Look at point 1 of this memo. Here's a question that pulls at me: why weren't Britney's cash receipts available prior to April 23, 2003? 1998-2003 were some of the most lucrative years of her career. 

In the litigation between Johnny Wright and Britney's estate, the evidence from those particular years would still be valid from a discovery standpoint.  

I'm assuming that Bryan became the "top cop" on April 23, 2003 after he claims he fired "everyone but the manager."

It's sooooo sloppy. I doubt that Lou is qualified, but other Exhale users who know more about her sham business can speak to her credentials better than I can. 

The memo is riddled with typos, formatting errata, etc. If the memo included attachments, to which it alludes, they aren't listed above the distribution list.
