Look at point 1 of this memo. Here's a question that pulls at me: why weren't Britney's cash receipts available prior to April 23, 2003? 1998-2003 were some of the most lucrative years of her career. 

In the litigation between Johnny Wright and Britney's estate, the evidence from those particular years would still be valid from a discovery standpoint.
