If jamie/his lawyer believes he did no wrong doing, is he able to refuse the deposition? Is it possible this could put a hold on the termination of the whole thing?

It depends on how much he has handed over, how much he is cooperating, answer and proving, on top of whether or not Rosengart believes he's telling the truth or if his story lines up. It seems as though Rosengart had previously reached to him to step down of his own choice, but then refused to hand over information or answer questions, the 74 (I believe, but maybe wrong) interrogatories that were mentioned before...

As much as "innocent until proven guilty" applies, if you're refusing to defend yourself or prove yourself of your own merit, it doesn't benefit down the line so in short...

He hasn't cooperated, based on Rosengarts statements, and now that window has closed to do so of his own merit.
